This scholarship supports students enrolled full time at the Maine College of Art in the visual arts, with preference given to students from Oceanside High School in Rockland. The John Bisignano & Bettina Swirkal Memorial Scholarship Fund supports students at the Maine College of Art who are Maine residents enrolled full time in a degree program in the visual arts, with preference given to artists from the communities of Owls Head, South Thomaston, and Rockland.
